Here at Oaklawn Farms we want to be accessible to any client that wishes to use our venue. That being said, our pricing is something we have worked very hard on to stay affordable and competitive.
We offer specials throughout the year here at the farm on the Grand Oak Barn, Jake’s Barn, and Rainbow Valley Chapel. Oaklawn Farms operates a little differently than other event venues. The farm is our home, so expect a more
intimate and laid-back atmosphere. You’ll understand this when you tour our
farm and are greeted by our farm dogs Levi, Copper, and Banjo.
Oaklawn Farms can work within any budget to create that special day that will always be remembered. From an intimate gathering of only a handful, to the guest list that seems to grow completely on it’s own, there’s a perfect spot for you here at Oaklawn Farms.
Our specials include seasonal promotions, flash sales with discounted rates, custom tailored packages to fit your needs, and as always half priced Sundays. We aren’t vendor exclusive at Oaklawn Farms so feel free to use your own vendors or many of our in-house services.

Oaklawn Farms sits on the Cumberland Plateau. Our summer & fall temps are roughly 5-10 degrees cooler than Knoxville, Nashville & Chattanooga.
There’s usually a nice mountain breeze as well to keep everyone cool.
